Thank you to everyone who supported me during the 2019 election.  While

I was not elected, I am happy to continue as a volunteer and advisor on committees such as Riverfront Revitalization.  I believe we need volunteers with much needed experience who will be actively engaged, demonstrate critical thinking, and get results.  By doing this, we can keep New Milford affordable, provide services taxpayers want and need, and revitalize our town.

During my term on Town Council, we made good progress:

  • encouraged and solicited public input, provided options for every decision and then spent tax dollars in the way that taxpayers wanted - roads improvement, library renovation, and improved safety.

  • focused on growing our grand list and re-energizing our business community through additional resources, streamlined processes, and re-establishing the Economic Development Corporation

  • protected the small town charm of New Milford by laying the groundwork for thoughtful growth and development based on data and analytics as well as resident input

  • restructured town spending and increased our bond rating so that we could do and can do more with less cost to the taxpayers

What happened on Nov. 5, 2019

Record numbers of voters wrote in my name to cast a write in vote for me - thank you!
